Definitions

• Website/Application/App: Means a mobile/tablet or website software product owned and developed by Medolution Healthcare Private Limited.
• Code of Ethics: Code of Ethics shall mean the Code of Ethics (Professional Conduct, Etiquette and Ethics) prescribed by the Central/State Regulatory Authority of the respective systems of medicine.
• Health Care Professional: A Health Care Professional (hereinafter referred to as HCP) shall mean any nursing staff, paramedical staff, phlebotomist or any other recognised health care profession, who is registered with the Union and/or State regulatory or licensing body of the respective system of medicine and is availing the services of the App.
• Medical Services: Services availed by the User through Dr.SaHaab.
• Service Providers: Partners of Dr.SaHaab providing medical services to the user.
• Services: Medical services offered by Dr.SaHaab through their online portals (Website/App).

Code of Conduct

The User shall ensure that his/her conduct is not in violation of any of the laws in force in India, including but not limited to the following:

• The Information Technology Act, 2000
• The Indian Penal Code, 1860
• The Indecent Representation of Women Act, 1986
• The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013
• Telemedicine Practice Guidelines

Nature of Service & Limitations

• No Doctor-Diagnostic center-patient Relationship between Us: We provide a technology platform to connect users with medical practitioners/diagnostic centers, but we do not practice or provide medical consultations directly.
• Not for Medical Emergencies: The Service we provide is NOT for use in medical emergencies or life-threatening conditions. Users are advised to seek emergency help as needed.
• Limitations of Online Consultation: Online consultations have inherent limitations, including lack of physical examination. Users must understand these risks and ensure any shared information is complete and accurate.

Privacy

The Website/App undertakes processes to secure the privacy of User data and only discloses sensitive information as required by law or with User consent.

Termination

The Website/App reserves the right to terminate the contract in case of a Terms of Use violation or other valid reasons stated under these Terms.

Jurisdiction, Mediation, and Arbitration

All disputes arising in relation to these Terms shall be submitted to Mediation in New Delhi and, if unresolved, to Arbitration at New Delhi as per the procedures outlined.

Home Visit Charges

Customers are eligible for a free home visit if the final payable cart value, after applying all discounts, coupons, or offers, is ₹499 or more. For cart values below ₹499, a mandatory home visit fee of ₹350 will be charged. The cart value calculation for eligibility is determined solely by Dr. SaHaab Diagnostics and is final and binding.
