Cancellation and Refund Policy

Medolution Healthcare Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 and having its registered office at 183-P Ground Floor – B, Sector 52, Gurugram, Haryana – 122003, India. (“Dr.SaHaab, we, us”), owns and operates www.drsahaab.com and a mobile application/Website under the brand name Dr.SaHaab (collectively referred to as the “Platform”) where users can place orders to purchase the Products and/or Services offered by us listed/available on the Platform (“User” or “Users” or “you”).

This cancellation and refund policy (“Policy”), together with the Terms and Conditions [accessible at Terms of Use | Dr.SaHaab] sets out Dr.SaHaab’s procedures and policies in accepting: (a) Cancellation and (b) Refund thereof. Any cancellation of Products or Services by you is subject to the terms and conditions set out under this Policy.

Cancellation Policy

Services booked can be cancelled online and the amount deducted is based on the time of cancellation and the status of the services being availed at the time of cancellation as follows:

Lab/Diagnostics Tests

• A Lab/Diagnostics Centre can deny/refuse testing after booking confirmation through the website/app for which refund will be initiated as per the refund policy.
• A Lab/Diagnostics Test can be cancelled through the app or website before 6:30 PM. Once the sample has been collected, the Test cannot be cancelled and no refund will be provided to the User.
• If a Lab/Diagnostics Test is refused upon arrival of the empanelled phlebotomist at the pickup location, a refund will be initiated as per the refund policy.
• On cancellation when the empanelled phlebotomist has arrived, the customer has 48 hours from that day to reschedule the test within the next 7 working days. If no booking is made within 48 hours, the refund will follow the refund policy.
• In case of instant booking, there will be no cancellation or refund once the test is booked and confirmed from Dr. SaHaab Diagnostics.

Refund Policy

• Full refund will be initiated if the Lab/Diagnostics Tests denies/refuses testing post confirmation from the website/app.
• Full refund will be provided if the test is cancelled by 5 pm on working days.
• If cancellation occurs on the testing date or if the phlebotomist has arrived, INR 250 will be deducted, with any further adjustments per the rescheduling window and refund guidelines.
• If a specific test is cancelled during the time of sample collection from the list of the booked tests, only 50% of the amount from the Dr. SaHaab Diagnostics price of that specific test will be refunded. This applies only to individual tests and not to packages and profiles.
• Online refund processing timelines: 7-10 business days (bank-dependent) or 2-7 working days for other Wallets.

For refunds, please support your claim with relevant documents. Our quality team reserves the right to make the final decision regarding any refund.
